The 2022 Season is Underway!

The second weekend of production went off without a hitch:

We started off the weekend by labelling and packaging the bottles produced on Thursday and Friday!

We stayed busy and boiled & bottled another batch on Saturday! 

But the best part of the sugar shack is hanging out with the puppies, they love supervising the evaporator!
